Gallery «Our Heritage», opened in the Moscow Capital Club in the Central House of Writers — a masterpiece of architecture of XIX–XX centuries, — continues the historical tradition of this house and is an integral part of it. The base of the unique collection of a great artistic value are paintings by Russian and Western European artists of XIX — early XX centuries. High estimation of art critics and experts of the antique market has got paintings by such prominent Russian artists as Ivan Shishkin, Apollinary Vasnetsov, Isaac Levitan… Except the collection of paintings the Museum in the gallery exhibit works of decorative art, sculpture, things for an interior. Special pride of the gallery — porcelain set, numbering about two hundred items made at the Imperial porcelain factory by the order of Nicholas I for his daughter as a wedding gift.
